Founded in 1956, the National Spa and Pool
Institute (NSPI) has over

4,000 members in more than 70 local chapters.
NSPI members share a commitment to fair business practices and to public health and safety
in the installation, maintenance, and operation of pools, spas, and hot
tubs. In joining NSPI, members agree to abide by a strict code of ethics
governing their business. Designed for your protection, this code is
backed up by enforcement procedures at the local, regional and national
level. NSPI also keeps its members informed of the lasted scientific and
technological developments through seminars, workshops, publications,
and an annual convention and exposition. NSPI members are leaders in

pesticide applicator

Every company engaged in applying swimming pool sanitizers and algaecide
|

|
(pesticides) are required by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to be
licensed. In order to be licensed, the business must have at least one
individual on staff who is recognized as a Certified Pesticide
Applicator. Once so certified, this individual may apply the chemicals
and also train others to be qualified Application Technicians.
Successful completion of the examination, administered by a PS Dept. Of
Agriculture, will enable individuals to be certified. |
